Cons
1. Poor management who micromanage employees. 2. Extremely uncompetitive pay and benefits. 3. Not flexible at all due to its booking system, you have to book every work minute onto the systems. 4. Booking system discourages any other activities that is not directly related to what you’re working on. Extremely difficult to get approval/fundings for it. 5. Company not diverse at all. 6. Very limited number of interesting projects. 7. Lack of career and personal development opportunities. 8. Extremely difficult to get a promotion despite meeting the requirements for next role up. 9. Company refuses to embrace new norms of working and insists the old ways of working. Limited hybrid working opportunities. 10. Technologies/software used are very out dated, cannot keep up with the trend. Takes decades to adopt new technologies.
