Pros
- Great people - None of toxicity you get with other consultancies of this size - Aware of their flaws and working hard to improve them - Good work-life balance - Very interesting work - Good job security - Awsome share scheme
Cons
- Pay isn't as high as smaller more niche consultancies but it aligns with the Big 4 and IBM - Training opportunities could be improved - Tendency to pigeonhole staff - Part of BAE Systems which means it runs a bit slower than a pure tech company
