Dysfunctional Senior Leadership team its hard to believe, there is a number of issues going on at Glascoed site resulting in the moral of Employees at an all time low If you don't like it leave approach from leadership and HR. Currently not providing a good working life balance which is currently causing issues with retaining and attracting good talent. So if you do have a commitments out side of work (family life, better working life balance etc.) keep looking feel like your stuck in the 90s, with the same response from senior leadership. "its in the pipeline" seems to be common response Training is non existence or takes years for anything to be put together Number of its workforce have left or is looking to leave due to recent changes which doesn't put a lot of confidence where the Glascoed site is heading you wont get a permanent desk and will be hot desking, so be prepared for sore back and necks, that's if you can even find a car park space to get into the building (New car park and desk issue is 'in the pipeline' to be sorted Remote Location so will spend a lot of your time stuck in traffic to and from site
