Good place to work . People on the ground are helpful and understanding. Bonus is paid base on the company performance.
Cons
HR has no power when UK makes the decision. Changes are done without asking the below employee. Calculation on the Performance bonus is always a changing and its no inform to the manager why the change happen. Overnight Organization Reshuffle.
