      Great development opportunities. Exciting projects. Great work life balance. Team members all look out for each other. Talented people.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive. The nature of the Defence sector denies some flexibilities and freedoms and is also not the best way to stay at forefront of technology as you are bound to working with clients systems.
