Pros
Keeping in mind this is a big company, I would say that this company both preaches and practices a culture of tolerance and fairness like no other. Racism, sexism, other "isms" and general bad behavior are simply not tolerated. This makes for a refreshing work environment where everyone is professional and respectful, at least in my experience. Significant amounts of money are spent on employee training and education and PTO is generous. Raises are small but steady, and seem to at least keep pace with inflation.
Cons
Health insurance gets more expensive every year, but what else is new? 401k benefits are average for a big company, but the employer contribution is every pay period, not annual like some big companies have gone to.
