Pros
Decent pay and benefits, and a few cool coworkers here and there.
Cons
*Payroll and benefits are unreliable - there are constant mistakes and changes, and more mistakes. If you don't watch your paycheck like a hawk, you'll end up shorted on something somwhere. *Upper management is out of touch, there's no middle management, and supervisors are in their positions due to seniority, not ability. They micromanage you because they have no idea how to BE managers; but HEY, they have a degree, and they're friends with the good ole boy network!!!! *If you kiss ass, have a crooked moral compass, and pretend to care about ethics and policy, you will fit in perfect. If you are a good, honest hard worker, you can forget about ever going anywhere in the company, or feeling like part of the "team". *NEPOTISM.
