-I never actually was able to take every other Friday off and was in many Saturdays -The work life balance is terrible and management does not care -They keep employees that are toxic to the environment -Their accepting culture is a facade - there were many days where I heard people refer to homosexuals as "pedophiles" and people that would openly blurt out that the middle east should just be nuked already - No profit sharing or bonuses, they have an award program in place, but none of my managers ever used it -Advancement is extremely slow, I had heard first had many managers talk about how they had to leave and come back a few years later to get promotions -Was told by my manager that it was not in the budget to pay what I was worth when I gave my notice
