Cons
Career growth can feel limited if you are not originally from Utah or already connected within the local organization.
Time off can feel limited compared to the government customer you support. The customer often receives more holidays and administrative leave, but contractor employees may still be constrained by sector policies even when the contract generally follows the customer’s schedule.
