Avoid at all costs - Engineer BAE Systems USA Employee Review

Company is run and staffed by people with very little experience. As a result, very little work of any value is given to this office. Most work short days or never come into the office at all. It is mostly managers and few actual engineers and most managers can be found scrolling shopping sites as there is no work. There is very little structure so no one is sure what their responsibilities are relative to others who have overlapping work. Young engineers are completely neglected and given no training so they provide no value. Because of the lack of experience, many managers are outside their depth and are unable to manage differences of opinion without their ego getting in the way. I would avoid if you are a smart capable engineer.
