      To many rules more rules then carter got liver pills ,long hours ,rotating shifts ,working all holidays except for Christmas and new year's and thanksgiving

      Pros

      Lots of low hanging fruit if you are willing to see things through and challenge the system. If your goal is to make a difference, you definitely can, you just have to be patient.

      Cons

      Typical frustration with bureaucratic norms and practices. Things take two, three or four times longer than they should.
