      Pros

      Safety is number one priority, good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Safety is number one priority, but not employee welfare: salary aren't fair within company (similar positions can vary significantly , up to 20% or more, depending how's your interview process) and not competitive between similar businesses. Management spend too much time on politics and too less time to make a company better. BASF headquarter in Germany don't seem to pay much attention.

      Pros

      Lots of low hanging fruit if you are willing to see things through and challenge the system. If your goal is to make a difference, you definitely can, you just have to be patient.

      Cons

      Typical frustration with bureaucratic norms and practices. Things take two, three or four times longer than they should.
