      Pros

      Offices are nices, some colleagues are ok. It may be OK if you are straight ouf of the University with zero experience, but don't stay longer than 1-2 years...

      Cons

      Salary are very low compared to the (already low) Berlin's average salaries for the same position. Employees are more or less disposable because of the highly standardized processes and extremely rigid hierarchy. All valuable employees run away as soon as they can.

      Pros

      Lots of low hanging fruit if you are willing to see things through and challenge the system. If your goal is to make a difference, you definitely can, you just have to be patient.

      Cons

      Typical frustration with bureaucratic norms and practices. Things take two, three or four times longer than they should.
