No career development plans - not even for ambitious employees. Management decisions mostly taken by gut feeling and without proper research. Lack of diversity management especially when it comes to promotions. Management of employees mostly through high psychological pressure and not through motivational tactics. Very reactive, sales driven management style --> little to no long term planing involved. Internal HR-guidelines often not followed.
