      Pretty decent money. Usually lots of overtime available. Able to move up the ladder within as well.

      Cons

      Rotating shift. Ridiculous management. Different treatment for different people.

      Pros

      Lots of low hanging fruit if you are willing to see things through and challenge the system. If your goal is to make a difference, you definitely can, you just have to be patient.

      Cons

      Typical frustration with bureaucratic norms and practices. Things take two, three or four times longer than they should.
