Great people, friendly environment, good benefits, good pay, extremely safety conscious.
Cons
Probably the same issues that most companies have. Occasional poor communication from higher ups and unrealistic timelines. A lot of focus in penny pinching existing formulations rather than innovating new things. It is getting better though.
