      Small site, people are good to get along with and work as a team. Very big in safety.

      Cons

      Dead end, more for contractors looking to make money then get out. They don’t want to pay to bring you on board as permanent but will give a scientist a salary in a heart beat.

      Pros

      Lots of low hanging fruit if you are willing to see things through and challenge the system. If your goal is to make a difference, you definitely can, you just have to be patient.

      Cons

      Typical frustration with bureaucratic norms and practices. Things take two, three or four times longer than they should.
