Pros
BASF is a great company to work for, with fantastic benefits and competitive pay. As with any business, management breaks it or makes it. BASF is so large that sometimes smaller facilities can get lost in the shadow.
Cons
Large industries tend to implement aspects that don't fit in a one-size-fits-all box. It's difficult to implement change, because it is so large of a company. There are limited remote opportunities.
