      Good Benefits, Reasonable Pay, Good Co-workers, Opportunity for Advancement, 6% 401k match.

      Cons

      Vacation time is based on when others are out...2 people cannot be out at same time. Unreasonable expectations (especially during a Recession), Nepotism.
