The worst company I have ever worked for, bar none. Vacation is inadequate, sick days allotted but don't use them because they count against you. Micro managed to the max ! Not enough help so people are on hold for long periods of time just to talk to a rep. Never enough help to answer questions. Ridiculous "wrap up" time. Work life balance is a joke with this company, it's all about work. If you are stuck on a call and can not take your break or lunch at the allotted time, that counts against you as well. So clicky it's nauseating . Every call is recorded and then you are graded on three calls a month and can get "written up" if you didn't perform to their specifications. This company needs a ton of help for sure ! They pull better employees off the phones to answer questions for co-workers when we need them manning the phones to assist in taking care of clients. Seriously, think long and hard before accepting a job here.
