Pretty good benefits, opportunity for advancement, opportunities to transfer, size, etc. Bonus opportunities. Fair compensation. Strong sales culture with a good variety of products and services. Excellent training.
Cons
Micromanagement as a corporate culture. Far too many meetings,as many as three times a week for those in the sales area.
