Pros
Good Benefits, if you are just out of college the Leadership Development Program is a good path. At least it is a solid, conservative bank that will not be going out of business. Good values as expressed in regular speeches by upper managemen, the 10 core values.
Cons
Management feels that 0-1% raises are good enough for most employees in almost every year, good or bad. They treat the LDP graduates as if they are made of gold wheras the typical employee is much lower valued. Very little communication on issues that might affect you. Do not live by the "justice" value when it comes to items like annual reviews, typically the grading scale is shifted down where if you perform to your job you are not getting an annual raise.
