Pros
They have an awesome stock reward program for employees. Each time you win the teller of the year award you are given stock and a elegant dinner. They have great medical benefits. The District management left a lot to be desired. She would barrel her way into the bank and critize the whole time she was present.
Cons
The selling is pushed so much y ou feel like a used car salesman. The clients and immediate management was great but BB&T requires the employees to offer products and services to every client that qualifies. This creates a very stressful atmosphere.
