Pros
Everybody was pretty professional. There wasn't much drama that I noticed. The upper management (I forgot his name, older African American man) was very kind and personable. It made it worth while being there for a bit. The management was newer, but still helpful for the most part.
Cons
It got very depressing, very disconnected from the rest of the company. When there were company-wide meetings, we would not be able to attend as we are the "front-line." Training was virtual and I felt very disconnected attention-wise, but managed to keep up. Wen there is an issue, some management would not address you directly, even though they are the ones that are supposed to be managing you. Also, you will be working on majority of holidays.
