Business Outlook
Pros
Meeting clients and building relationships. 401k and benefits. That's about all I can say that is positive in that place besides having the holidays off.
Cons
This place does not care about their employees. $15 gift every Christmas to eat with and if you don't go eat with your office then you don't get the $15. The incentive program is a joke. If you don't meet a certain dollar amount then you don't get any of the money you worked for. Everyone is a number and this company is becoming greedy. Used to be a good place to work for but their customer service opportunities are awful. The raises in that place are pathetic. Maybe 20 cent a year if your lucky.
