Not now. There is so much pressure to SELL SELL SELL. Let's face it. The economy has people thinking twice about that. And the benefits package was a great deal until the insurance options were whittled down and the cost kept going up. And we used to have our schedules done by a human being. You worked the same hours over a two week period. Now the schedules are made according to a computer program that tracks the individual branch's business. You work when the computer says you need to. And that makes for a schedule that is nothing short of a nightmare.
