Where can I start? BCN consistently let tech down time after time, constantly removing access from us and then expecting us to do more with less. There was no trust or respect for engineers and this resulted in a very low morale for us. Stats were constantly expected regardless of the state of the queues, which usually operated with an engineer deficit. I never heard any bad reviews from other areas of the business except Projects, but this falls under tech also. It felt as if all other areas of the business had more care, respect and trust given to them in comparison to tech. Saying this, I never had an issue with senior management, and every experience I had with C-Suite was positive on-the-whole e.g Rob and Julian.
