I work on a federal contract on the West Coast & enjoy working with both my federal & BCT teams. Management - local & BCT corporate - are supportive & easy to work with. I was welcomed as a valuable contributor from the start. I feel BCT cares not only about my work but also my experiences with my team & the company. I've had several HR check-ins as a newer employee but was surprised to find those were not to evaluate my performance but for BCT to check if the company was meeting MY expectations! They asked what they could do to assist me in my role with resources, time & support. They encourage a healthy work/life balance. My local BCT supervisor is fantastic - a great communicator, so I have the information I need to do my job well & stay up to date on relevant happenings both with my contract team & BCT writ large.
