This place is toxic. The blood collection business group is made up of arrogant people especially management who will throw you under the bus with lies and ghosting as they claw their way up the ladder. You may be the best fit for a position with years of relevant knowledge and experience. However if you don’t play their game or if you voice your recommendation on a project or strategy because you have a better background on the topic, you’re toast. No one I know who came from other companies survived here for long because it is not conducive to your mental health and no one values your input. Why because they they’re afraid that you know more than them. The name BD sounds impressive until you get here and see what’s going on. Do yourself a favor - before accepting a job here PLEASE reach out to you colleagues who have worked here before.
