      Pros

      Really high quality products with reliable technology. Group benefit is ok in the medical devices market. The pay is ok matching to the average in the industry.

      Cons

      Some of the staff are not professional but can only act as "cold impolite", no simple welcome even with the brief self-introduction of new employees. People pass the buck to each other even if the issue is highly relevant but in risk. Too much politics and can easily see people despise some other team members from their eye contact and expression to each other, things are sometimes going in a very weird way and not as it is. Teams change a lot and need to reassign contact both internally and externally. Some ridiculous strategy and solutions come out with above reasons.

      Pros

      Chaotic environment forces quick growth. Treat it as a resume builder and then find a more stable opportunity.

      Cons

      Constant backorders due to poor management. Likely to have more changes in leadership team(s) than years spent at the company. Unethical leaders that act like high school bullies and cling to titles rather than create a supportive environment. Employees constantly left in the dark due to lack of meetings or failure of leaders to even learn what their teams are working on. Constant reorgs with no consideration of impact to teams or business continuity. Frequent cases of falsified performance reviews to push out whistleblowers with complicit HR teams. Quality policy is a joke. RTO push to high COL areas with no relocation support, onboarding, seat and laptop assignment - only to lay off entire teams within a year just to repost the same position and ask laid off employees to re-apply.
