      Pros

      Decent benefits, especially vacation time; plenty of friendly coworkers; interesting products; no problems with parking or traffic; gym on premises.

      Cons

      Outrageously bureaucratic processes; horrible communication between departments; SAP; entrenched idiots in management; cronyism; not a forward-thinking company as a whole; terrible work/life balance in most salaried positions.

      Good hours. Paid lunch, clean work environment.

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
