      good pay, great learning experience healthy work environment and helpful peers

      no balance 24 hrs on duty that resulted in health issues, travel expenses had to be payed out of the pocket

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
