Pros

Average pay, decent benefits, they buy you food almost every day, the job has an impact on patients lives (good, depending on who you are).

Cons

You will be pigeonholed into your position and you will never move up. You only learn proprietary products that you will never use anywhere else, and the IT-related knowledge is as basic as it gets. You will not learn anything that you can use in a future job (which could be good for someone who's lazy). The culture is extremely cutthroat, plenty of favoritism and most of the employees will stab you in the back, plenty of office gossip as well. Management smiles in your face until they're ready to slit your throat from behind. Beware.

Good hours. Paid lunch, clean work environment.

Cons

Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

Pros

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Cons

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
