      Very stable company, great work environment. A company that can offer an opportunity to grow and supports employee development.

      Huge and complex company. Might get difficult to take simple decisions quickly.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
