      Pros

      Work life balance wasn't anything extreme. Most folks would leave by 5 or 530pm.

      Cons

      Management wasn't honest (I know, nothing startling here). If you're going to outsource, be honest about it. We understand that these are some of the outcomes of increased globalization/competition, but misleading people for so long left a bad taste in many a mouth.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
