      Local teams who worked extremely hard, people cared about each other which resulted in success, good work life balance

      Cons

      Matrix management system put in place without training to leadership, consistent layoff waves, issues often result in pursuing who is at fault versus where was the breakdown in the system

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
