Not Diversity Friendly, Outdated Senior Management - Regional Manager BD Employee Review

Homophobic (and generally diverse-phobic) senior management. They loved, absolutely loved, what I did for the company until they found out I was gay. Promised promotions, withdrawn. I could have filed a lawsuit against them, but didn't. We 'agreed' to a non-disclosed agreement. Am I still mad at BD for their poor judgement. Most definitely. But I'm glad to have them out of my life.
