      Great, dedicated employees that care about the products they support.

      - Management has little concern for the non-management employees - Will outsource anything they can get there hands on - Layoffs are annual.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
