fixed working hours even if you're salaried training by the leads were horrible, had to problem solve with no guidance very uncollaborative team environment no one takes accountability for their mistakes and a lot of fingerpointing those with the company 10+ years have poor attitudes and sets up new employees for failure issues brought up to HR were never addressed
