      Pros

      Set of benefits: sport cards, lunch pass, fresh snacks every day. amazing interriors of office, pleasant environment to work in. When it comes to work: you can learn a lot, get to know many systems and programmes. Work-life balance very well maintained.

      Cons

      Flat structure, lack of possibilities to grow, slary is not conpetitive at all.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
