      Loved the position and the sale; made great connections.

      Cons

      Company does not support the reps. The do not pay commissions on time and they have cheated me out of a lot of my commission by choosing to change the payout a week before payday!

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
