      Good company that emphasize on treating each other with respect. Opportunities given to whoever that go for it.

      Cons

      Poor judgement and poor decision making. short term view with no strategic vision. Preach one thing but do another thing.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
