      BD is a multinational company that sees all employees at all levels to be valuable to the organisation. The company has a lot of training programs available to each employee. The content of these trainings is really a key to a carrier development at BD

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
