      People works hard here as a team to help each other and the company be successful together. Company really promotes healthy living with different exercise programs that fosters better health and team building outside of office.

      Long working hours, can be overwhelming sometimes

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
