      1. Work environment is really good. Lots of work keeps you busy whole day. 2. Work life balance is good so far. 3. Job stability. 4. Health policies are really good.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
