      Stable place to work, good benefits and good people.

      Cons

      Too many policies and procedures that prevent innovation and overall productivity. Nearly impossible to move into other positions within the company.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
