      This is a large well-established company with a great mission

      Cons

      There are too many levels of approval needed to implement changes. The company has outsourced many of their roles/functions to 3rd parties to lower overhead at the expense of developing and maintaining talent.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
