      Good products that help patients every day

      Cons

      Most of the management in Carefusion site in san diego are self serving and clueless. Office politics is demoralizing the employees. They have a hard time protecting their existing and established product lines and there is no real new product development.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
