      Very good company to work for, very good work environment, flexibility, growth, and motivation. Always oriented towards the development of the collaborator and to have the best possible in the market.

      Positions may be very structured and you will not have the opportunity to do different activities if you do not change your position

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
