      They give you a coffee mug on Day 1

      Cons

      Hands down the worst executive leadership in the Silicon Valley. They are known for being a "political organization" but take it to the next level. Gossip, bullying and favoritism all run rampant. ALL days start around 7am and go straight through till 9pm while the majority of the meetings are pointless could be avoided.

      Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
